The plates are heat resistant so you can hold it without burning your hand, are safe to use in the oven for up to 45 mins at 250 degrees, and microwave safe when heating up to 2 minutes. For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
